Abstract Title: Workplace Conflicts between Surgeons and Anaesthesiologists and ways to resolve them to improve patient outcome: a mixed method study among Anaesthesiologists

Biography: I am Dr. Sandeepika Dogra, a 38-year-old Assistant Professor in the Department of Anaesthesiology at AIIMS Jammu. I hold an MBBS, MD in Anaesthesiology, and a PDCC in Obstetric Anaesthesia. I am a certified BLS and ACLS instructor, actively involved in training and capacity building. My areas of interest include obstetric anaesthesia, obstetric critical care, regional anaesthesia, and patient safety. I have authored 14 publications and remain engaged in research and teaching to advance safe anaesthesia practices. I strive to combine clinical precision with compassionate care. Outside work, I enjoy dancing and reading, which keep me balanced and inspired.
