Biography:
Dr. Hafiz Waqas Ahmed is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, public health researcher, and academic based at Mayo Hospital and King Edward Medical University, Lahore, Pakistan. He holds an FCPS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and an MPhil in Public Health. His work focuses on integrating surgical expertise with public health strategies to improve patient care, particularly in the prevention and early detection of oral diseases. Dr. Ahmed has presented his research at several international conferences and is actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Public Health Association (APHA), the American Dental Education Association (ADEA), and the European Association for Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery (EACMFS).
